Where to Stay

Big 12 and 14 person fully enclosed cabins with heat, electricity, indoor bathrooms and showers, sinks and mirrors, and phone charging outlets next to the bunks. Some are one big room, some are split up into multiple rooms. They are mostly bunk beds, though half of these cabins contain a small alcove room behind a curtain with two single non-bunk beds. Extremely nice way to spend the weekend with people. We’re assigning cabins based on judgement or coin flip, but let us know if you’d particularly like to bunk with some other guests. Blankets, pillows, and linens provided.

Gorgeous open-air multi-bunk-bed treehouses on site, built into the treetops about twenty feet above the Sandy River. Also plenty of private cabins tucked into the woods all around the acreage in the forest with memory foam bunk mattresses. These are great if you want to have your own space, if you’re ok bringing or borrowing a sleeping bag, if you want to be close to nature, and if you’re ok walking outside your cabin to use the bathroom and showers. We slept in one of the treehouses a couple weeks ago and it was great.

The nearest hotel is the Best Western in Sandy, OR, where we have a room block for guests of the Parsons-Bonner wedding.

There are also various Airbnb type short term rentals, and Portland is about an hour away.
